In the 1970's, when Seth Keller announced to his father Otto Keller that he wanted to add an ice cream buffet to Kellerhaus, Otto said the Lakes Region of New Hampshire couldn't support the high cost to run such an idea... Well the lines of customers eagerly awaiting to make their own ice cream sundaes stretched almost out to the road when it was unveiled. Fourty years have passed and it remains just as popular.
